Before you leave

Confirm your reservation and site requirements. Review check-in instructions, overnight temperatures, fire restrictions, and pet rules. DeSoto Bluffs offers full-hookup RV sites; contact the team to confirm any other accommodation needs.

02

The first hour

Set up your RV safely before heading out to explore. Keep your leveling blocks, wheel chocks, utility connections, jackets, and lights accessible. Introduce yourself to the campground team if you have questions.

03

Pack by purpose

  • Sleep: bedding appropriate to the overnight temperature.
  • Kitchen: cookware, utensils, cooler, drinking water, and trash bags.
  • Clothing: comfortable layers, rain protection, and extra socks.
  • Safety: medications, first-aid supplies, a charged phone, offline maps, and a headlamp.

A good neighbor from the start

Walk on roads and established paths rather than through occupied campsites. Keep lights directed down, store food securely, and respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
